Novotel Katowice Centrum

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel exceeded my wildest expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. The staff deserves the highest praise – everyone was incredibly kind, smiling, and always ready to help.

I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is near the city center, about a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants in the city center; we tried an Italian place there, which was quite good.

Overall, it was decent. The room was okay, and the service was good. The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was available, but it wasn't particularly lavish; basic food options were there, which was fine.

This was a trip with my daughter. The pool was clean and had tubes, balls, and other things for kids to play with. We had so much fun. The staff at check-in were a bit brusque, but all the staff in the 1st-floor restaurant were very kind and seemed happy to be working at the hotel. Their happiness made us feel happy too while we were in the restaurant. I'd go back just for the restaurant. The room was small and cozy, like a typical hotel room. It didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly, but it wasn't unhygienic, so we still enjoyed our time. I sent feedback after our stay, and the hotel responded thoughtfully, saying they would reflect my feedback in their hotel operations. I'd love to visit again and create more happy memories.

Excellent hotel, lives up to its 4-star rating. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, or you can take tram No. 20, which has a stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. The amenities are outstanding!

Excellent location. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly service. A great hotel for families.

Everything was okay. I'd just pay a little more attention to the cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. Other than that, it was great.

Hotel in a convenient location - close to the PKP train station. The breakfast was very varied. The pool area was okay.
