Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch hervorragend.
Leider ist das Schwimmbad und Sauna, die nicht zum Hotel gehören nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Öffnungszeiten sind erst ab späten Nachmittag ab 16:00 bzw. 17:00 Uhr und der Whirlpool war außer Betrieb. Auch war nur eine Sauna im Betrieb und die Ruhezone hatte nur einen Liegestuhl, bzw. der zweite war defekt.
Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Fussläufig kommt man in 5 Minuten zu einem Großen Einkaufszentrum, ein Supermarkt liegt 100m entfernt. Zur Innenstadt kommt man in 15 Minuten in einem gemütlichen Spaziergang.

Czytając opinię o hotelu można się zastanawiać czy jest on dobrym wyborem.Nie mniej na miejscu ,roszczarowalem się in plus.Pokoj średniej wielkości,czysty z wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji mamy czajnik, kawa i herbata,woda mineralna, klimatyzacja.W hotelu jest wellnes dodatkowo płatny ,niestety działała tylko jedną sauna i basen .Jacuzzi i 3 pozostale sauny wylaczone z uzytkowania.Sniadanie urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Hotel położony w pobliżu autostrady A4 i centrum handlowego,Trzy Stawy, oddalony od centrum Katowic

Huone vähän nukkavieru ja patja loppuun kulunut. Huone 10. krs. hyvät näköalat viereiselle rakennustyömaalle. Helppo löytääja ilmainen pysäköinti. Aamiainen superhyvä hyvä, monipuolinen, paljon tuoreita vihanneksia, yms. Kokonaisuutena suosittelen.

Wszystko wydaje się być w porządku, ale są pewne problemy. W łazience zwisają haczyki i uchwyty, zepsuta klamka, drzwi są spuchnięte i się nie zamykają, niektóre gniazdka są wyrwane ze ściany, kable zwisają. Za kabiną prysznicową widać, że nigdy jej nie sprzątano, jest tam mnóstwo brudu i pleśni. Szafka nie jest zabezpieczona, a drzwi są luźne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nieźle. dobre śniadanie.

One night in Katowice
Lähinnä uima-altaan takia otimme sen Mutta yllätys oli suuri kun se oli nimetty wellnes centeriksi mutta Wellness centerissä ei ollut mitään muuta kuin uima-allas. sauna ja ja jacussi oli hajalla. Ja siitä joutui vielä jopa maksamaan erikseen. Hotellin nimi on hieman yliampuva kylläkin

It's a ok 👍 hotel 🏨 but far away from center.
The spa 😍 isnt included 😔 & cost 10€/h. If this was written from before we would never reserve it & several of the saunas were closed
