At your disposal is a large space (60 m 2) on the second floor of a historic tenement house on Mieleckiego Street, with separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, desk, bookshelves for your belongings, dining room with table and chairs, TV. The bedroom has a large double bed, a bedside table with a lamp and a separate wardrobe. The kitchen has a hob with oven, microwave with grill, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, dishes and kitchen utensils. You will also find welcome treats, coffee, tea and mineral water. In the bathroom you will comfortably take a shower with unlimited access to hot water. There are toiletries, basic body care cosmetics, towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen and bathroom has underfloor heating. There is a free wi-fi throughout the apartment. The place is unique - the very heart of the main city of Upper Silesia. In the nearest area you will find the Silesian Theater, cinemas, art galleries, clubs, cafes, pubs, restaurants, numerous shops, service outlets, banks with ATMs, currency exchange offices. In Spodek (1 km) regular concerts, trade fairs and various special events take place. Similarly in NOSPR - 800 m. On the city square in Katowice (100 m) there are often many regional attractions. The place has highly developed public tranport means. There are numerous trams, buses (bus station - 800 m / 10 minutes on foot) and a railway station (500 m / 5 minutes on foot). The nearest airport Katowice Pyrzowice is 24 km. There are also street parking lots - most of them are paid. The apartment has no reception.
