Mercure Katowice Centrum

The location of the hotel is very good for the specific city of Katowice with its center being situated on both sides from railway, so from the railway station you are close to all business sites and places of interest hereof. The rooms are spacious and freshly equipped, with sleeping conditions nearly perfect. Far from perfection, though, is the arrangement of the douche cabin, with it being nearly impossible to use without having the water spilt over the floor outside. Also the concern was about wi-fi, - if you try to log in a second device, it is disrupted without any notification. The breakfast is ok, though a bit less generous and abundant than in other Mercure hotels in Poland, and if you come 40 minutes before end, the missing dishes are not likely to be refilled.

Really comfortable, affordable and beautiful hotel right next to the train station and a 10 min walk from the bus station. Unlike Western European cities and the areas surrounding main train stations, Poland feels much safer and cleaner, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, service was excellent and check out at 12pm is a great bonus. Highly recommend.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to the train station and a shopping mall. The room temperature was perfectly cool, which was especially appreciated since it was around 40°C outside.

i think this place is nice n peaceful. its beside some kids water park so lots of families. breakfast was very basic. but environment was nice. its beside a park.

Amazing location right next to train station and shopping centre! Room was clean and there was unlimited free filtered water by the lifts.

This is my second stay in the hotel. It's much better this time around. Newly refurbished, clean room. Smooth check in and check out with parking and central location.

Very good hotel, tremendous rooms, very clean, highly recommended, nice staff, spacious parking, great location
