After a gruelling day of flights, we were so happy to get some rest. White Villa is basic but very clean and is excellent value for money. They have a very friendly white rabbit that greets you, and the breakfast was amazing! The best breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka.

This transit villa is located approximately 3 km from the airport in a quiet, rural area. While the surroundings are peaceful and ideal for rest and relaxation during a layover or short break, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Transportation to the villa can be challenging — many taxi drivers are unfamiliar with the location and may charge inflated fares. We recommend taking a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) instead, as it’s more affordable, widely available, and easier to navigate the local roads. The facility itself is comfortable and well-suited for short-term transit stays. Rooms are clean, the environment is calm, and the service staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They offer meal service upon request and will prepare food based on your preferences — a great convenience given the lack of nearby dining options. Please note: To reach the main road (where transport and limited services are accessible), you’ll need to walk about 1 km.

Good location. near the airport and nice comfortable beds good shower and tv with cable. Downside was they don't provide breakfast but the rate can't be beaten! Would stay again!

Really recommend if you need accommodation near the airport. Arranged pick up and also onwards travel to Sigirya. Breakfast was also included which was lovely. Our flight arrived at 2.45am and they still arranged pick up, very accommodating.

Despite my plane being delayed it was easy to contact Ravin who was an amazing host and organised my trip round Sri Lanka during the car ride to the hotel, it’s going great so far with excellent recommendations. The hotel is clean, peaceful and has strong air con with a very comfy bed. Will be staying here again
