Lovely hotel, the staff were absolutely brilliant, from the fantastic barman to the cleaning staff, all were very helpful and friendly. A huge credit to the hotel. My little one wanted a boiled egg for breakfast one morning and all the boiled eggs had finished, one of the restaurant staff went out of her way, even though it was busy, to get 2 especially made for him. Can’t thank you enough for the amazing hospitality. We loved beautiful hotel. The bathroom in our room was abit outdated but served its purpose so can’t complain.

If you’re young or planning to enjoy the nightlife, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Throughout our stay, we constantly felt uncomfortable and as though we were being watched and judged rather than welcomed. We were later told by a member of staff that this was a “family hotel”, yet this was never made clear when we booked. Had this been advertised from the outset, we would have chosen accommodation that better suited the type of holiday we were planning. Costas, in particular, was rude, confrontational and patronising. We were spoken to aggressively after two friends walked us back to the hotel and were told, “I didn’t charge you a deposit because you told me you were good girls.” We found this comment completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was also told off simply for returning to the hotel wearing a bikini while walking back to my room. I wasn’t causing a disturbance or behaving inappropriately, yet I was made to feel embarrassed and judged. No one else was around other than myself and my friend. The hotel also has a long list of rules and expensive fines, but these were hidden away in a drawer rather than being clearly displayed or explained during check-in. It feels unfair to expect guests to follow rules they haven’t been properly made aware of. Another disappointing rule was that no outside food or drinks were allowed in the rooms. We booked a half-board stay, and there wasn’t even an all-inclusive option available, so this restriction felt unreasonable. Guests should be able to bring back their own snacks or drinks without worrying about breaking hotel rules. Another issue was being woken at around 7am by cleaners shouting outside our room, which certainly didn’t make for a relaxing holiday. The food was bland, repetitive and lacked variety throughout our stay. The location is good, but unfortunately the customer service overshadowed everything else. We left feeling unwelcome rather than valued as guests. If this is intended to be a family-focused hotel, that should be made clear when booking so younger travellers and those visiting a party destination like Kavos can make an informed choice. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Went to this hotel with friends and we were all very impressed, room were basic but very clean, was impressed with the smart tv, shower had good pressure but was quite small, beds were firm but comfortable and spacious. The pool area was lovely ,very calm setting and a lovely temperature. All the staff were lovely and professional, the night manager was very polite to us just asked us to keep the noise down when coming in late but we never had no attitude or rudeness from him. The food was good, the salads were beautiful. Overall our whole group gad a great stay at thus hotel and was impressed if I could change anything it would be the wasps and mosquitos lol but don't think the hotel can do much about that.

I dont recommend it The hotel accepts pets but they dont allow you to have them anywhere around the common areas... The rooms are equal to a 40€ hotel... Has to be rennovated - i dont suggest you to book here... Find another one

Very god hotel Perfect

Came here for a weeks family holiday and was amazed by this place. The complex is spotless and not once did we have to get up early for a sunbed. The complex is a short 5 minute walk to the strip where everything you want you will get there. Food was good , couldn't complain and the staff are amazing.A big thank you to Helena and Andreus who served me beer everyday and to the night security guy who gets a bad write up I found him to be a lovey man. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice, clean apartment although beds were very uncomfortable as were so hard! I suffer with back pain & I was incredibly uncomfortable & in a lot of pain in the morning Pool area very clean, restaurant was nice, selection of food although a lot of stuff they were not selling as out of season. We got dropped at the bottom of a hill by a coach & told at 11.30pm the hotel was up the hill.. about 200 yards.. as 2 women alone we didn’t find this particularly safe when the coach could clearly take us there as we saw other coaches dropping off throughout our trip. Not the hotels fault but still not acceptable.. overall nice stay.. weather was around 24 degrees & staff friendly. The views from the hotel overlook the sea & mainland Greece.. stunning views. Beach close by but not very nice.

Went at the end of August. First impressions are that the hotel looks really nice. The rooms look quite modern. Two single beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs. Our room was at the back of the complex and it's quite hilly so it was abit of a trek. Room was cleaned everyday and had no issues. Staff were professional and polite. The food was very limited and struggled to make a meal. Ended up eating mostly salad all week. There is a little shop on the complex that is reasonably priced that sells beers, snacks, soft drinks, and souvenirs. There is no entertainment at all, so went out every night. Overall nice hotel, just the food issue personally and would have been nice to have some sorts of acts in an evening.
