Aloft Kansas City Country Club Plaza

The hotel staff was courteous and resourceful. The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately for the daily cost we paid ($409.00 nightly), the rooms are way too small. Additionally, this is the first 4+ star hotel we’ve stayed at where there was no iron provided. Finally the AC in the room was EXTREMELY loud and difficult to regulate. I also want to point out that when we arrived, they couldn’t locate our reservation. They stated that ******* had not pushed our reservation through to the hotel booking system.

The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive. The only thing is that you just have to make sure you let the front desk know that you want your room cleaned every day in the morning.

Great location 5 min walk from plaza area always spaces in the parking lot staff friendly and helpful clean modern hotel would highly recommend it

The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.
