Crossroads Hotel

It was a very fun place to stay! You walk past a vibrant bar on the way to check in. Our room wasn't ready. But, we were able to leave our bags since we had somewhere to be. Our bags were in our room when we returned, The room was spacious, updated and clean. There was a stocked mini fridge. But, left room for our own drinks/food if we wanted to add our own items. There were many restaurants & bars nearby. There is a rooftop cinema about a block away. No driving or ride sharing needed for that. Very fun & unique date night option! There is a rooftop bar at the hotel, too. Great view of downtown KC! The signage for the hotel was hard to see. Mostly, because the sign is low and 2 buses were blocking the sign. We did have to drive around the block again before finding the entrance.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and so creatively inspiring. I walked my dog several times in several different directions and at all times of day, it felt safe and wasn’t too busy. The lobby is an art gallery which just brings a calm energy to a part of a business that would typically feel chaotic or congested. Valet was super helpful with my luggage and the front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. The room did feel a lack of upkeep but that could be my solo experience. I really appreciate how many buildings are preserved in KC and this is definitely one to see! GORGEOUS!

Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the location was great!

Such a unique property! The location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and jazz clubs. The hotel's vibe is very industrial, while still holding on to the history of the brewery. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Though it's in an urban setting the room is surprisingly quiet. One thing to note, If you are staying over a weekend, make sure to make reservations for the roof top bar, otherwise the servers will not serve you and you have to stand in a long line to get drinks. My husband and I ended up getting a night cap in the bar downstairs because the lines were too long. If you like unique properties, this one is for you!

Our room was very nice. We had one minor issue which was resolved quickly. We really enjoyed the proximity of the lobby bar and roof top bar. Both of these were excellent. We will stay here again. Staff was great.

Beautiful destination in the heart of KC. The BEST part of this stay was the wonderful support I received from the guest services staff, especially Kelly and Emily. I am definitely making this my new KC home away from home!

The hotel is cute and the rooms are big, but the bar is VERY busy and you can hear the partying even on the 4th floor until midnight. Edgy, artsy neighborhood that didn’t have much shopping at all. Valet didn’t offer to help with bags at all. I liked the hotel, and the restaurant was good, but the noise level and neighborhood were not the best fit for anyone over 30.
