We didn't stay here! We were only able to check into one of our rooms, because the other room was not ready. The male clerk said the other room would be ready in 10 minutes, as there are 2 housekeepers working on the room. I'm pretty sure it takes more than 10 minutes to thoroughly clean a hotel room. When we got to the 1 room that was ready, the entire floor was sticky, had food pieces under the bed, and something that looked like milk and some other substance on it. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the counter had something greasy stuck to it, there was food left in the cabinets, and the cabinets had greasy stains on them. After seeing all of this, we checked the beds. The beds had food crumbs in the frames, there were food crumbs and a whole peanut UNDER the sheets of one of the made-up beds. We called the front desk and the same male clerk came up with a plunger to plunge the toilet. We then told him about the substances on the floor. He then came back with a spray bottle, and a rag. He said the floor was sticky because of the floor cleaner they use; however, the floor could not have possibly been mopped due to all of the substances and food crumbs on the floor. He sprayed something on the floor on one of the substances and wiped it up, but made no effort to mop the floor. We then we told him about the crumbs on the frames and in the bed. He picked up the peanut and put it in his pocket, then said housekeeping left. We handed the cards back and left the property.
