SpringHill Suites Kansas City Plaza

Very happy to stay there because the staff is very wonderful - the check in staff, the housekeeper, the breakfast staff- everybody is very pleasant & helpful. The only issue I have is that there’s not enough lighting. There’s no overhead ceiling light so the room is not that bright. The mirror in the bathroom hangs too high for short person. The staff is so happy & they bring us ann extra standing lamp!!! What a service! Its a great, well managed hotel & I’d definitely stay there again.

The parking for the property was aweful. No room at all and was charged 22 bucks for it. But the rest was pretty good. I guess the frosted shower door to the bathroom being in the middle of the room made me feel as if I were on display while showering as well.

Faustina was wonderful! She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and excited for our stay when I told them it was my birthday weekend! The air was almost too cold which is not a bad problem to have. I loved our room, the size and comfort. Perfect!!

Our family had an amazing stay at SpringHill Suites in Kansas City. Top notch staff. Hotel was very clean and very close to a lot of nice attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Only complaints are parking is terrible, and breakfast wasn’t that great, place was clean, staff was great the area as to which hotel is located is mid.

They charge for parking per night $22 wasn’t aware charged me a week after, took like extra preauthorization charges from once I checked in. Like an extra 100. I got it back but not till a week later so keep in mind !!
