The hotel is a little bit old but everything you need is there. They provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. Also you can take the toothbrush and facial cleaner at the first floor. They provide a small breakfast such as bread in the morning. The luggage store is 500 yen charge for up to 3 pieces. The location is good for Saitama Arena.

Close to to the train station. A lot of restaurants around. Convenient stores and groceries are near the hotel.

This one is for anyone who loves to see trains I really recommend this place but I am not really a fan of trains so the train is so noisy for me

Surprisingly, this is a great hotel. Nishi-Kawaguchi Station is nearby, but from my room, I could barely hear the train. In the morning, you can grab a variety of buns and a large selection of tea bags for breakfast on the first floor. There are plenty of places nearby for both dining and grocery shopping.

The room was simple, the two-bedroom room was comfortable but the walking space was narrow. The bathroom was just the right size, and there was a microwave in the room for convenience. Breakfast was served in the lobby with bread. The location was convenient, a one-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and a five-minute walk to the bus stop. There were also supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and other eateries around the station. Highly recommended!

I went there late at night, so the manager was old, so check-in took a long time. Still, it was nice that he kindly explained everything to me. The price range is on the cheaper side, so it's not completely great! But it was an okay place to stay if you just want to sleep👀 I stayed for 3 days, and there was no cleaning service, but the towels were changed every day, and the hot water couldn't be used continuously for more than 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, which was a little inconvenient.

This is the only hotel I missed during my trip to Japan. There is a railway downstairs, which is very noisy from morning to night. It is not a hotel, but a family hotel. The quality of the bedding is so poor 😓 Compared with the price, it is totally not worth it!
