I used it for the first time on a business trip. Business hotel, the air was very clean☆the room was a bit poor but comfortable even though there was some smell in the non-smoking room! Amenities are also substantial (there was also cleaning) as well as air cleaners! If you don't have to be prepared, you don't need to be prepared. Above all, there was a massage cushion in the room, and it was very impressed ☆☆ I didn't use it, but there was a bath in the men and women replacement system. Free and ice making machines were available. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was close to Kawaguchi Station and I thought I would use it again.

It was really the lowest and worst hotel with staff, manager. I went to the front desk to ask for a suitcase delivery. When I asked to cover the suitcase, I didn't know the price. So I handed over a lot of money and asked the delivery company via the front desk. Go out and return to the hotel and check the result. I forgot to send it with a cover. When I corrected it, I didn't listen to the request. Because it is caused by the change of the front desk, when I tell the person who asked the previous request immediately, I call with a sloppy attitude. I finally noticed a mistake. First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice.
