The HOTEL Well-Hub Haneda

This hotel was, without a doubt, the dirtiest accommodation of our entire trip to Japan. First off, the shuttle bus that picked us up hadn't been cleaned before they sent it out; I didn't dare lean back in my seat the entire ride. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be in a very isolated location, truly in the middle of nowhere. Even worse, as soon as we entered our room, we immediately noticed unidentified stains on the duvet, which made it impossible to sleep soundly. This hotel truly shattered my perception of Japanese hospitality. While the foreign staff at the front desk were very friendly, the Japanese staff treated us as if we were invisible, offering absolutely no service whatsoever. It was truly awful.

I arrived around 1 AM, and the main door was closed, so I had to ring the doorbell to get in. There was a staff member at the front desk to check me in. The whole hotel has a strong industrial vibe. There's a parking lot right at the entrance. Before getting on the elevator, you can grab toiletries, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious enough for two large suitcases without any problem. There's a huge 7-Eleven about a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel. The bedding was also very comfortable. The morning shuttle bus was a Coaster-type vehicle. The 7 AM shuttle wasn't crowded at all, and everyone fit comfortably. The driver and hotel staff helped load the luggage onto the bus. The first stop was T3, and we definitely arrived within ten minutes. Upon arrival, the driver also helped unload the luggage. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. If I ever need to stay near the airport again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!

Staying overnight near Haneda Airport during a layover, and it was unexpectedly great! The transfer from the airport to check-in was seamless. The room was quite spacious with an industrial decor, and the river view from the window was very pleasant. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to JR Kawasaki, which was perfect for exploring the city.

Arrived at the hotel and was immediately drawn in by its exterior. As it's near the airport, the building isn't very tall. From the hotel's name, you can tell it's a warehouse-style building, which reminded me of the warehouse-like Terminal 2 at Osaka Kansai Airport; I'm guessing this area was also reclaimed land. The main entrance is massive and very grand. The lobby is incredibly spacious, and its design and decor would definitely appeal to younger crowds. After checking in at the front desk, you pick up your toiletries yourself. The hotel also provides free bath amenities and even face masks! Coffee is continuously available on the first floor. There's a large public bath, which is a shame because for such a big space, there's no sauna, only the bath. But it was still very relaxing. Because of the public bath, the rooms don't have bathtubs, only showers, which suits Western preferences. The room size is standard for a Japanese hotel but absolutely sufficient. The decor is a minimalist, industrial concrete style. The biggest highlight is the high ceilings on every floor, which makes the room feel much more spacious. The hygiene was also excellent, spotless. I truly fell in love with it after one stay. All the in-room amenities are eco-friendly.

This hotel has an industrial vibe, a spacious lobby, and fantastic views outside. There are many joggers by the river, and the scenery across the way is lovely. The hotel offers shuttle services to Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki. The rooms are quite large and very clean, and all the amenities are eco-friendly. The pizza is delicious. It's a great choice for a layover, and I'd definitely choose it again for my next Haneda transfer.

I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with luggage. The instructions for taking the shuttle on the hotel's website were also very accurate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport. Besides catching the shuttle on time from the designated spot at T2 upon arrival, I also took a ride to Kawasaki Station after checking in. From Kawasaki Station, I took the JR to Ueno Park, which cost 440 yen one way, passing through famous stations like Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and Akihabara along the way. In the evening, I returned to Kawasaki Station and caught the last shuttle back to the hotel exactly at 10:45 PM. The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers. Next time, I'll definitely plan to stay for a few more days. A big thank you to all the hotel bus drivers! 🌹
