Fantastic location for public transport and fairly large room by Japanese standards but very dated interior. Great if you just want somewhere to sleep but don't expect luxury.

The kitchen has an electric stove and a microwave, and you can cook with just a pot. This is the only advantage. The room is not soundproofed and will be affected by the sound from next door. There is no hot water for bathing, hot water for washing hands is not hot enough, and the air conditioner does not provide adequate heating. This may be because the room is a little larger than the average mini room hotel. The room is generally hygienic. Don't look under the bed. If you look under the bed, you will think you are living on the Ganges River. Depending on the purpose and requirements of your trip, you can consider whether this hotel is suitable. After all, you will feel it after staying there once.

I think it can't be helped because the building is old, but I was surprised because the Livmax in another location was really nice, maybe because it's new. It can't be helped when a building gets old, but I would like the interior (around the bathtub) to be renovated.

It was conveniently located right next to the west exit of Kawasaki Station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was a little old with minimal facilities. The walls were thin so I could hear the people next door all the time.

The whole building was dark, I could hear the noise from the next room, and the door of the next room was opening and closing, so I couldn't rest. Also, when was the last time you used the kitchen? Are you cleaning? I was so scared that I couldn't use the bath, and the bath was so dark and small that I couldn't even soak in it. It was dangerous for a woman to stay alone. One good thing was that check-out was as simple as putting the bill in the box at the front desk, so there was no waiting time and it went smoothly.

The hotel is very close to JR Kawasaki Station. Exit the station from the Lazona plaza side of the central west exit, walk west along the west exit for 5 minutes and pass through 4 intersections to reach the store. There is a green space in the middle of Lazona, and there are activities from time to time. There are many shops in the mall, including 109 Cinemas. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores along the way. The hotel is very convenient. The hotel's front desk, washing machine and dryer are all on the second floor, similar to the layout of an apar**ent hotel. Because the room has a password lock, you don't need to hand over the key to the front desk when you go out. The bathroom is a three-piece set with a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. It has a washlet. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. It is considered a relatively standard configuration for a budget hotel.

The location is great, right outside the west exit and there is a large signboard so you can easily find it. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are also 4 convenience stores. It's cheap and great if you just stay the night.

Since it was close to the station, there were many restaurants around the hotel, which was very convenient. Since it faces the downtown area, I could hear outside voices and it was a little noisy.

The location was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

I used it the night before my health checkup. It was old and had minimal facilities, but the location was near the station and cheap. However, the stairs are dangerous, so be sure to use the elevator.
