Not the best Novotel l’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very very basic. The staff were not really friendly or helpful. Definitely not a 4 star hotel at all.

Amazing front desk trying to help us set up food delivery app although communication was hard and not successful due to mobile number required. We end up go to nearer mall getting our dinner. Super comfy bed and super near to airport.

Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service. Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.

The worst experience I have ever had. The air conditioning does not work in this heat. I asked the reception and he told me to open the window. The hotel is far from services and in the corner of Kayseri. Very poor Internet, The service is very bad. I wanted to stay for 3 nights, so I canceled the idea and took a second hotel. I do not recommend it at all..
