Markov Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very centrally located, with all the tourist attractions nearby. It's very easy to find. The entrance is in the courtyard. I received a very warm welcome, and everything was explained to me. The room is excellent. Very modernly furnished. It's very warm, with underfloor heating. Everything I needed was also provided, such as a kettle, refrigerator, and hairdryer. There was ample lighting, and it was very comfortable. Wi-Fi is also available. Although it's on the main tourist street, it was absolutely quiet. Especially at night, you couldn't hear a thing. It was very relaxing! Thank you for the wonderful stay! The warm welcome was much appreciated! I would gladly stay again!

Overall, I liked everything; it's a great hotel for the price. I chose it solely for its location. The hotel is currently undergoing cosmetic renovations, but we had a good night's sleep.

This is by far the most unpleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Its only positive point is its proximity to the tourist area, making it convenient for souvenir shopping. First, the hotel gave the wrong address. Even the address on their door didn't match the one on their email website. When I arrived, they didn't answer my phone calls. I finally found the hotel by comparing photos one by one. When I checked in, the staff just said, "Oh, really? That's strange!" The room reeked of formaldehyde, and there were male hairs on the tableware, blankets, and door. The bathroom had poor water pressure, switching randomly between boiling hot and ice cold. The shower was incredibly cramped. On weekend nights, the bar across from the hotel blasted loud music until 4 a.m., and there was vomit at my doorstep in the morning. How dare a hotel like this claim to be a four-star hotel?! It's a complete scam, like a small private inn. On the first day of our two-night stay, we only had one bottle of water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. Is water really that expensive? The room was very hot for some reason. There was a blower sound in the next room from the moment I checked in. There was no water in the room.

This is a fairly new hotel, with modern rooms and a small kitchen. It also has a lot of high-tech features, which aren't quite working yet. The bed was excellent – ​​high and equipped with a very good mattress. The hotel's location is simply perfect! Right on Baumann Street (the center of Kazan's action), without being disturbed. Since most foreign tourists don't have Russian SIM cards for mobile phones, we rely on Wi-Fi. And this was a problem!!! Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the rooms. Only directly at the reception. I can't say whether this was a temporary issue. During my time there, it didn't work the whole time! The friendly Ms. Rosalia at the reception was very friendly and always helped me when I needed something. Thank you very much for that. Everything would have been perfect, but unfortunately, Wi-Fi is very important for tourists these days.

Отель хороший, свежий. Местоположение удачное - в самом центре. Очень классный номер комфорт с балконом на улицу Баумана. Душновато и в номерах и в коридоре - как будто есть какая-то проблема с вентиляцией. Сам номер чистый, удобный, постельное все как нужно, удобный матрас. Самый провал - это завтраки. Ну уж если нет у вас помещения для кухни и принятия пищи - ну и не нужно. К слову в номере есть плита, посуда, чайник - то есть можно себе что-то приготовить. Три варианта завтрака, которые с вечера надо заказать и утром в ланч боксах забрать - вообще бред. Невкусно и неудобно. Уж лучше кофемашину просто в холле поставьте, и уберите это позицию завтрак

Потрясающий отель! Останавливаюсь не первый раз. Чисто, со вкусом, ничего лишнего. Рекомендую. Единственный минус- шумная улица туристическая.
