Overall, we loved the hotel! It's modern and clean, the breakfasts are excellent, and the location is convenient. We were missing a corkscrew in the room, but the restaurant was quick to help. It wasn't raining while we were there, otherwise it would have been a hassle to hang wet clothes in the closet. It would have been nice to have an open, floor-standing hanger in the room. The surprise from the hotel for my husband's birthday was a delight! Thanks for the stay!

The location is excellent, there are two bottles of water in the room, not enough towels for a 4-star hotel, the shower stall is a 3-star, and it takes about 10 minutes for the water to heat up. The breakfast was excellent, and we were checked in earlier than expected. The price is overpriced for this kind of service.

The hotel is right next to Baumann Street, just a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The facilities and breakfast are average. There are a few Chinese restaurants nearby, but the food is mediocre.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. Bauman Street is 200 meters away, just over a kilometer from the Kremlin. The rooms are not the smallest. There's a table with a stool and two chairs with a small table. Breakfasts on the ground floor are decent. Parking is free, as no parking signs are everywhere in this area. Parking cards often get demagnetized, and the cleaning lady doesn't notice when the toilet paper is about to run out. Everything is carpeted, so it's quite quiet.

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for the warm welcome. It felt like we were visiting our beloved family. The receptionists were very friendly, the breakfasts were delicious and hot. And most importantly, the hotel's location is super convenient, right in the center of Kazan. Our windows overlooked the Cathedral, and the view was simply stunning. We're planning a summer visit to Kazan, and we'll only be staying here.

A nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious food, perfect location, parking (historical sites nearby). I'd like to give you a little advice, maybe we were just unlucky, check right away: shower, safe, TV, telephone 🙏. That's what happened to us, but everything was resolved instantly (they offered us a choice of other rooms). We thought, and our things were already unpacked 😫, so we refused, and everything was sorted out in 15 minutes 👍 Thank you very much, we attributed it to the pre-New Year's bustle. Come, relax, the main thing is how you enjoy new experiences!

Conveniently located in the heart of Kazan, yet on a quiet street, it's close to all the main attractions and excursion meeting points. There are plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants nearby, along the large pedestrian Bauman Street, and a Pyaterochka store in the neighboring building. The hotel itself is small, but clean and functional. The breakfasts are excellent for a small hotel. The rooms are large. We had a standard room, but with access to a terrace on the 5th floor (convenient for smokers). The room included robes, slippers, towels, water, dental kits, and even shaving kits! And soap, shower gel, and shampoo—everything was replenished. There were some minor interruptions in room cleaning, but we don't think this is a big deal, as we didn't make a mess. The rooms and the beautiful terrace could also use some renovations to truly live up to a 4-star standard. We mostly dined at the hotel restaurant—it was quick, delicious, and the interior was lovely, and we got a discount for hotel guests. Special thanks to the helpful hotel staff! Overall, we liked the hotel, we would definitely return there... and we recommend it to you!
