Great location and excellent breakfast, but the rooms are dirty and untidy, with ingrained grime on the carpet.

We came to Kazan on a business trip and stayed in this hotel, which was very good.

The hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

The hotel is in the very center. We checked in an hour earlier. The staff is very polite and the rooms are clean. It's worth the money, although breakfast was not included for the price.
