Hotel Lampa

Pros: convenient location and spacious room. Everything else is minus! The staff is affectionate, meticulously finding out what’s right and what’s wrong. Breakfast is NOT CONTINENTAL!!!! They impose questionable-looking porridge and sliced ​​vegetables, ham and cheese. With something like an omelette?!!!! There is a crack on the wall in the room, there is no shutter in the sink or shower in the bathroom. Dust!!! There is one socket for a refrigerator, a kettle and a table lamp! NO tea and coffee!!!!

Wonderful apartment "Lampa", very cozy, clean, polite staff, has all the necessary amenities. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Convenient location in the city center. Next time we plan to stay here :)

The last time we visited this hotel was in 2019. Everything was fine, except before moving into the room they found an empty bottle under the sofa, stained windows - after talking with the admin, all this was eliminated. In July 2022 we decided to vacation here again. And there were more minuses than pluses. Many of the items we were entitled to were not available for the third person. After talking with the admin so that everything would be corrected, they ignored us (they directly told us that they forgot, there were no apologies). After some time they fixed it, but not all at once (it was probably difficult). The sofa in the room was laid out so that it was impossible to open the refrigerator. We tried to fold the sofa ourselves, but it didn’t fold (it was just a wreck). They moved it themselves. There is no soundproofing in the room. The mirror in the toilet had a crack. The glass door in the shower stall was off the rails and required some effort to close it. The socket in the bathroom, one might say, was simply hanging by a thread. It was dangerous to use it. The furniture is all tired from time. Bathrobes with holes. Continental breakfasts are very poor. It feels like the manager doesn't work with her staff. Compared to 2019, it has become much worse. One advantage is the good location of the hotel. It is not even known whether we will come to this hotel again or not. If the errors are not corrected, it will be a great pity. Well, there are other hotels then.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением об отеле Лампа. Приехали раньше 14ч. Встретила доброжелательная девушка администратор. Номер был готов, сразу заселились. "Комфорт" оказался теплым,уютным ,с видом на парк. Есть холодильник,телевизор,чайник,халаты,тапочкиУбирали номер каждый день.Пообедали в собственном кафе Лампы.. Отель расположен в центре города,все самое интересное рядом. После очень сытного разнообразного завтрака отправлялись на прогулку. Город посмотрели днем и вечером с подсветкой. Просто прогуляться по старинным улочкам доставляет огромное удовольствие. Вечером в отеле как дома. Тихо,тепло,мягкий свет от бра. Огромная благодарность персоналу. Туристам соаетуем здесь остановиться

Отель замечательный! В тихом местечке недалеко от центра. Небольшой, но уютный и чистенький, приятный интерьер. Всё в рабочем состоянии. Убираются каждый день. Все девочки очень приветливые и доброжелательные. Отличные завтраки - каши овсяная, и манная, яичница, запеканка, блинчики + сыр, ветчина, овощи и выпечка, ну и конечно - чай, кофе, молоко и даже йогурт и домашнее варенье. А что ещё нужно на завтрак?))) Муж везде в Казани ел ичпочмаки и сказал, что "в Лампе - самые вкусные!" Но это, конечно, за отдельную плату. Мы заказали их с собой вечером в поезд. Единственное, в ванной комнате не хватает горячего полотенцесушителя, чтобы просушить мелкие вещи. Но это - мелочи. Нам не очень повезло с погодой - было довольно для мая холодно (центральное отопление уже отключили), поэтому для обогрева комнаты мы включали кондиционер - всё было нормально, ночью не мерзли. Отель однозначно рекомендую! Хозяйка - умница)))

Отличное место. Хорошее расположение почти в центре. Приятное обслуживание, номера с новым ремонтом в едином стиле. Сантехника новая, приятные хадатыи постельное белье. Единственный "минус" - это завтраки, к сожалению, не стоит на них рассчитывать (

Приятный отель. Отличное месторасположение. Выбранные блюда по меню (ужин) в кафе отеля - очень вкусно! (Повару отдельное Спасибо)
