The hotel deserves strong three stars but it is very difficult to talk about four stars. Everything is very bad with the customer service. I asked to cook oatmeal on water for breakfast cause I have lactose intolerance but my request was categorically denied arguing that they do not cook individually for each client. After all I also found out that there were neither teapot nor a single cup in the room. The only plus is the close location to the city center.

Отель расположен очень удачно, выход сразу в ТЦ, рядом ул Баумана. Персонал вежлив, завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, номера уютные и чистые. Единственный момент - в номерах душно, окна не открываются, кондиционеры зимой почти не работают.

Сама живу в Казани, и прекрасно знаю все отели в своем городе. В данном отеле неоднократно была на различных мероприятиях, конференциях. И знаю, что в отеле есть очень удобный переход в тц Кольцо. В один из морозных дней, проходя по улице Петербургская, я решила заглянуть в отель, чтоб уточнить условия размещения для гостей, которые собирались приехать в наш город. Не успев даже дойти до стойки ресепшен, я столкнулась с хамством охранника( как оказалось, начальник охраны), который даже не разобравшись в цели моего визита в хамском тоне сходу мне заявил, что " у нас не проходной двор". Данное поведение персонала в любом случае не только недопустимо, но противоправно, так как нарушает права потребителей. Понятно, что отель это частное заведение, но тем не менее оказание услуг является публичной офертой, и никто из сотрудников не имеет права запрещать посетителям находиться в местах общего пользования отеля . После такого хамского приема напрочь пропало желание рекомендовать данный отель.

В отель прилетели на несколько дней на празднование др . Подбирала отель турменеджер ( сама бы не выбрала его, наверное ). На мой взгляд , могли бы обновить интерьеры хотя бы в высших категориях номеров - оооочень грустно , мебель 80х. Но !!!! Чисто и удобный матрац .т.е , если в отеле только ночевать , удобное расположение будет радовать . Спа -зона в выходные не работает .

расположение, это пятёрка. В качестве комплимента пустили в люкс раньше времени ( не в 14 часов , а в 12) , за поздний выезд в воскресенье зяли 50% от стоимости суток. Номер люкс хороший, уборка в норме. На ресепшн спросил есть ли минибар в номере. Не обманули, сказав, что есть. )) но не уточнили, что пустой ). Имейте в виду . Завтраки неплохие, вид из люкса отличный.
