I've booked a room at this hotel at the non-refundable rate. However due to unforseen circumstances had to move my move-in a week forward. Not only the hotel management was completely unhelpful when asked to change the move-in date, but an administrator Denis found it important to condescendingly educate me on the difference between the refundable and non-refundable rates.

Stylish, good hotel with an excellent location on a pedestrian street. Combined with a hostel. The rooms and hallways have light-colored carpeting that requires deep cleaning (huge dirty spots everywhere). Even-numbered rooms have a depressing view from the window of a dilapidated building. The hotel is decorated in loft style. You can have breakfast in the hotel dining room, it’s edible, the prices are moderate. Payment for accommodation, mainly in cash, can be made online by phone number.

Проживали в отеле на февральские праздники с 23 по 24 число. Бронировали через Яндекс. Самолёт был утром, приехали в отель к 11. Заселили по готовности номеров. Брали два стандартных номера на 3 этаже. Номера как и сама гостиница необычные, интересной планировки, очень уютные, чистые. Санузел - все работало, кровать, подушки удобные. Окна выходят во двор - было тихо. К сожалению во время нашего пребывания не работало кафе, не предупредили об этом, пришлось идти завтракать в их ресторан. Ждали свои заказы почти час, чуть не опоздали на экскурсию. Потом ходили завтракать в другие места, благо все рядом. На ресепшн девушки отзывчивые, готовые помочь. Гостиница понравилась. Рекомендуем. Можно и с детьми. Сами будем в Казани если , то обязательно остановимся в Хануме.

О приятном: хорошее месторасположение. Двор тихий, хотя расположен на шумной пешеходной улице. Рядом все достопримечательности.
А теперь о самом "отеле". Трудно назвать данный объект отелем, скорее хостел. Лифт отсутствует. При заезде знакомят с правилами проживания, которые никаким образом не отражены в описании при бронировании. В номере лофт в ванной не работала вытяжка. Уборку сделали один раз за восемь суток, и то... лучше бы не делали, в ящиках с полотенцами и кровати были длинные волосы черного цвета...УЖАС!! Мусор стали выносить спустя двое суток и то после сделанного замечания (в 19:00 после экскурсии отдыхала в номере...в дверь громко постучали, предложили вынести мусор?). Слышимость в номере такая, что создается ощущение присутствия соседей непосредственно в номере..(видимо стены из картона..)

Отель хороший, чистый, уютный и с очень интересным номером лофт. Есть один минус - очень плохая шумоизоляция от соседнего номера, из-за которой было слышно телевизор соседей, как будто он громко включен у нас в ноиере. Не удалось полноценно выспаться утром ((

В целом хорошо, но нет парковки вообще (только платная в метрах 300 за 500 рублей в сутки) и стены очень уж тоненькие.
