Отель выглядит презентабельно,но всё впечатление испортили следующие моменты: -грязные/исчирканые стены в номере,видимо ремонта не было очень давно -шторы ужасно грязные + прожжены сигаретой -под окнами ремонтная мастерская для фур — крайне шумно -не доложили полотенца и наборы,нужно было запрашивать В остальном номер и отель оценю на 4.

Приезжала в мае, заранее бронировала,и написала пожелания( которые учли, спасибо большое)по приезду очень приятно встретила девушка на ресепшен, жаль имя не спросила , она оказалась самой доброй, отзывчивой и готовой помочь,.В отеле все чисто, постель белоснежная, есть чайник, тапочки, ванные принадлежности, уборка каждый день,рядом лес , можно прогуляться , на первом этаже есть столовая, достаточно хороший выбор)) Единственное это расположение отеля, до центра далековато , удобно очень для тех , кто на машине.Такси если вызывать , то только яндекс удачно( но это только мой личный опыт) В целом впечатления хорошие.Спасибо за гостеприимство!
