All the staff were very welcoming and polite. The food was good, though a bit Western in style. Apparently, the gray wristband indicates that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive package, so those who enjoy drinking can drink to their heart's content. One price covers two islands. Snorkeling was great, but you have to go quite far to find coral and more fish. The all-inclusive package includes many water activities, but the spa is relatively expensive. The so-called 200 points are just for splitting coupons.

This is now one of our favorite hotels! The service is top-notch, the island is gorgeous, I'm completely in love and will definitely be back. The only thing is, they advertised a $200 spa pass, but the hotel doesn't offer it. But that didn't put us off))) The experience itself was wonderful :)

The room was even nicer than the pictures. There was a high concentration of white people, with very few Asian faces. However, there were Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was easy. The ocean view was beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. The buffet was delicious!

This resort was unbelievably breathtaking. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to fit all of our needs. This resort was perfect in every way possible I will definitely be returning back here soon!!!!
