This hotel is a complete mess, I don't even know what kind of hotel it is. It's located deep inside, and you have to take the hotel's shuttle for another 30 minutes. Someone from the hotel did contact me to say they'd pick me up, but guess what? They made me wait for about an hour. Okay, waiting is fine, but why didn't you tell me, you *****?! It was cold, and you couldn't drive in yourself, so they just left me waiting there. When I told them I'd been waiting for a long time, guess what they said? They said, 'Fine!' Is that good service? You imbeciles. If this is all you can do in the service industry, just close the hotel down. The stay was expensive, I booked one night for 114,000 tangkas. And don't rush to get in, there's nothing to do once you're there. Don't expect much from the restaurant; the food is expensive, tastes terrible, and there are limited choices, with most items sold out. Breakfast is also bad. In the room, I could clearly hear the people next door, and also people walking above. There's not even a single bottle of water; you have to go get it yourself from a dispenser. Not even a single glass for brushing your teeth. Such rubbish. A crappy hotel. No TV in the room. The bathroom doesn't drain. Positives: 1. The view is nice. 2. The restaurant looks good (probably a concession).

The rooms are large, but not soundproof. You can hear people walking and talking clearly. There's no hotel restaurant and nothing for sale, only a cafe that's open from 9 AM to 11 PM, but it's quite a walk down. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, only water from a dispenser. I recommend eating dinner before coming to stay. The room wasn't particularly beautiful, and the walls had a lot of cracks.

The room was just a studio, not a suite. The bathroom shower room's floor drain was clogged, apparently uncleared by staff. There was a mezzanine for equipment, filled with trash and food discarded by previous guests, and the odor was strong. There was no TV or internet, and the one monitor had no on/off switch or 🔌, so it was probably just for show. The so-called hotel is more of a B&B. There are only two rooms available, and the check-in desk is a long drive from the rooms. The breakfast room is halfway up the mountain, and there's basically nothing edible, and the fruit isn't fresh. I guess the B&B owner is reluctant to repair the road, so the transportation capacity is limited. ❌ Also, upon check-out, make sure to confirm that the pre-authorized deposit was returned to you, otherwise it might have been "accidentally" deducted! !!! I'll never go to this country again. The people are terrible! Thankfully, Ctrip helped me recover my losses. Because of the private nature of the information, I won't upload screenshots of the deduction.
