Bentani Hotel & Residence

I truly enjoyed my stay at Bentani. The hospitality was exceptional,just to mention the front desk staff Miss Stella and Mr Steven both were very helpful to assist me to make a phone call to Jakarta find out my lost c card . Infact everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you also Mr Aan ,the operational manager, personally come to my breakfast table to serve me a cup of aroma coffee. I recommend you to stay with them the next trip to Cirebon

There was a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The room was quite clean and spacious, and the first thing my son checked was the bathtub :). We loved the breakfast they even had stalls for Indomie, Nasi Jamblang, and Jamu. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, we had a good rest, and my son had a lot of fun in the bathtub.

The room and location was amazing. The food variety was great from local, traditional and western foods.

I liked the rotten design chair and the foot reflexology slippers. This hotel has a good Korean restaurant. However, this hotel has a weekly church meeting on Sunday morning. It was very loud with singing. If you are looking for a hotel to rest during your stay, I recommend booking another hotel.

All is perfect during my stay in this hotel, the room is very well maintain, the pool is clean, the breakfast is complete, it is over my expectation
