Hotel Santika Cirebon

I stayed 3 days 2 night with my family. The room quite large, Big swimming pool, good variations of breakfast and also comfortable parking space. However, cleanliness need to be improved especially for linen and corridor area. With the price offered, I think still worth it to be option

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty of local dishes and others. Quiet and clean environment. Spaces parking space also.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities. The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience. I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays. I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.
