"Came back here again after my visit in December 2025. This hotel feels so homey and comfortable, just like being at home. The breakfast offers a great variety, including traditional herbal drinks (jamu) and wedang. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, around 12 AM, wanting to charge my car, but the charger was in use. The next morning at 7 AM, I was informed that the charger was available. Thank you for the extra mile and warm service from the security guards, reception staff, and the restaurant team. The service was TOP-notch!"

"This is the second time to stay here,,, the first time I stayed, it was good, the receptionist was friendly,, But the second time I stayed, but on Saturday last Saturday on 18Juli2026 the service was even less, the first time I made a bad impression when I wanted to check in, the receptionist was rude, and he was a attitude to ignore guests like when serving me, The receptionist was not sure that my family and I had booked a room through the travel app. Even I reached an email containing the hotel booking, he checked the data on his computer. Although usually without having to submit an email, the receptionist immediately checks the data of the guests who will stay and ask for their ID card. Second,,,, because of the attitude of being modest, my family and I even gave the most corner room, although I obviously brought a small child (the aura is different from the first time I stayed), my son was very shy to sleep! Because of being disturbed,, more obvious in the bathroom, when the water faucet often turns on by itself, they have been turned off. Although the price is the same room type and the same price as my previous order. Instead of giving a room on the lower floor (because of the children), this is even upstairs and the most corner! (When checking in, there are not many guests checking in!) The receptionist was going to the first one! Understanding,, see the sikon (before anyone checking'in),,, serves guests well without seeing what the guest looks like."
