The hotel itself was fine. It was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The negative review has more to do with the staff. Initially, I booked for one night. We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. I provided the ******* confirmation number and Itinerary number, and showed her the email. She said those numbers did not help her and asked if I had any other emails. Finally got that situation squared away. Like all hotels, they take a card for incidentals. After our stay, I noticed that there was a charge to my card from the hotel, but nobody can tell me what for. First number I called gave me a number to a customer service hotline. Cannot get a human being on the customer service line, so I called the lobby directly. The lady who answered the phone said you will have to talk to the manager and she is not here on Mondays. I asked to leave a message to which she said, I can take a message, but it's probably better if you just call back. All that said, the hotel was fine, but the staff is either grossly undertrained, or just doesn't care. Either way, I won't be back.
