Accent Inns Kelowna

We were greeted with a very warm welcome. Surprisingly the booking says no breakfast but we were given coupons to Ricky’s All day breakfast for pancakes and bacon which was fulfilling enough for our morning. They had a coffee machine in the lobby which was really nice too! Will definitely book again

The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The room looked recently cleaned, and the bedding and bathroom were spotless. The staff was polite and efficient, which made the stay pleasant. The only negative point was the noise level. The hotel is close to a main road, and I could also hear some sounds from neighboring rooms. It did not ruin the experience, but better sound insulation would make it even better. Overall, a decent and comfortable place to stay.

The room next door was extremely noisy, starting at 11pm and continuing until 2:30am. At 1:30am, I couldn't resist calling the front desk for help, but the noise didn't stop until 2:30pm, when the upstairs guest started making a lot of noise. I couldn't sleep well for both nights.However, the location is very good 👍

The room is clean and tidy. The location of the inn is good as we can reach various restaurants within walkable distance. However, the hair dryer was missing in our room and there was no spare one available.

Clean and comfortable. Voucher for next door restaurant Ricky’s was nice. Either get some breakfast items listed or $10 off menu item.
