這是當地最好的酒店了，沒辦法，俄羅斯酒店整體上就偏老舊，這種城市就更不用説了。設施一般，還好俄羅斯酒店的衞生都不錯。酒店周邊環境沒什麼，服務也比較生硬。

I stayed at that hotel overnight in mid-August, when on tour of Siberia. It's a fully-fledged five-star property with all the necessary attributes - spacious rooms, comfy beds, great sound insulation, nice breakfast, spa, smiling hospitable staff and - the last but not the least - excellent location. Plus, my room boasted a marvellous view of the river Tom'. Groovy! I'd also note that girls at the reception were not only professional but genuinely ready-to-help. A nice example of their informal customer approach was demonstrated when they easily and I'd say elegantly structured a private city tour for us four which in such a non-touristic megapolis as Kemerovo was helluva challenge. Bravo, young ladies! Upon leaving we were really sorry that our itinerary prevented us from staying with them longer. Jesus Christ, I'd love to return there! Strongly recommended.

Everything fine and top quality! We had as a flight crew one overnight in Kemerovo and I think this hotel is the best in town and compare to European standards easily a four to five star hotel. Employees are very friendly and more than helpful!

Отель считается лучшим в Кемерово. И он - единственный пятизвездочный. Отель очень понравился. Брали номер с красивым видом на реку Томь. В отеле есть спа-зона и, даже, соляная комната. Есть прекрасный круглосуточный ресторан Port.42. Отличные завтраки так же проходят в этом ресторане. Есть отдельная зона бара. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Отель очень рекомендуем. В следующий приезд в Кемерово обязательно остановимся здесь.

Отличная гостиница, не новая уже, конечно, но ещё вполне на уровне. Всегда прекрасный персонал, всегда готовы помочь и пойти на встречу просьбам. Очень комфортные номера, есть смежные. Уютный спа: есть сауна, хамам, небольшой бассейн и соляная пещера. Очень разнообразный завтрак, от каши на воде и рамена с креветками до пирожных мадлен и сезонных фруктов. Есть парковка - подземная и наземная. Детей ждали милые подарки. Останавливаемся пятый раз - всегда очень довольны.
