Had a confirmed booking at my phone, but when arrived at 2300 at night from the ariport, thet rejected us by the door, because the where fully booked. Booked the stay 3 weeks before, and told they I would arrive last beruse off My fligth. Don't go there! They would'n even help us find a new place.

Booking this small hotel, I was seduced by the price and proximity to the airport. The hotel itself is enclosed by walls and seems safe. The conditions are acceptable, but it is very cold in winter. There is a TV, a microwave and a refrigerator. Usually, at this distance from the airport, I walked in other countries. But my flight to Namibia was early in the morning and I would have had to go in the dark. This thought immediately left me when I went out to buy groceries at a nearby store.The warehouse store turned out to have a barred window. Going out to buy something here in the evening is an activity for brave people. A gloomy place. Garbage everywhere, drug *******. There is a possibility of being not only robbed. Therefore, I asked the young man at the reception to call a taxi because I did not have local aggregator applications downloaded. He refused me, without motivating me in any way. While I was figuring out who to order, it took 30-40 minutes. In general, I was late for registration and the lady from AirLink refused to register me.
