Cross Lake is an 89-acre, and features a public boat landing, facilitating easy access for boating enthusiasts. Fisherman can expect to find species such as panfish, largemouth bass, and northern pike in the lake. Swimming- Cross Lake is a great lake for swimming. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful lake house.Check in was so easy with a simple code and the hostess responded quickly to every question and request. It was the perfect location for us just across the border and near where our family reunion was taking place. The air conditioning worked great which was important to my husband who can't handle the heat. It was also convenient to have the three bathrooms for our crowd. The grand kids especially loved the lake and were thrilled to catch blue gills and frogs and then let them go. The upper bunk bed was a little small for our nine year old, but we were able to put him on the couch, and there were plenty of extra sheets available for that purpose. Also, there were plenty of connections for charging our devices, and the kids enjoyed the foosball game in the basement. In summary, the hosts seemed to think of everything, and we had a great stay in their beautiful lake home.
