Mareblue Beach

Literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at !! The food is amazing , the rooms are clean , the staff are helpful, what more could you ask for ? Would definitely recommend & most definitely go back !! We booked a deluxe sea view room , would definitely recommend if you like waking up to a view , the view is stunning

The place its nice rooms are ok location its lovely but the food is not as I expected low quality food (not really a greek style one ) drinks the same very low quality and cheap , if you want to drink something more nice you have to pay extra , even a nice coffee it’s charged. I would say could be better than this comparing with other places ive been . Extra activities are limited , not much to do except visiting old town and other beaches.

Would not recommend going here and wont be back. Ive never written a bad review about anywhere! However i feel the need to, as I wish I saw a review like this when booking as i then wouldn’t. I’ve seen many reviews about the beds it’s true the beds are ROCK solid. Do not feel as if there’s even a mattress on there. I saw one review that said they’d asked for a mattress topper which made the bed better however when we asked they said they don’t have any. The food was always cold and not much variety between days so we went out to eat most days which is a shame considering we’d paid for an all inclusive stay. Everyone is all inclusive at the hotel however you find yourself having to pay for most things in cash. So make sure you bring plenty if you’re coming. You have to pay €10 per beach towel upon arriving. Drinks are naff and watered down, not much variety at all, have to pay for better drinks which we had to do as the cocktails and even juices were awful. The cocktails you pay for however are lovely. There was 2 restaurants within the resort that you have to book however as we were only there for 5 days they were all booked. We walked past a couple times and there were loads of free tables so don’t see how we weren’t able to squeeze in at anytime on anyday as we told them we were flexible. It’s not like we could’ve pre booked them as you can only do it there. Such a shame. As a 20y/o female the looks the groundsmen gave me were very uncomfortable and inappropriate. Did not feel at ease and made sure to wear a full coverage top when out and about in the resort due to this, which wasn’t ideal as the weather was lovely and hot. The pools look lovely, however after every occasion my partner went in, his skin was blue. Showed this to the reception and they gave no apology. (Picture of skin attatched) this was the ‘adults only’ pool. The other pool was a lot busier and had activities however was more of a family/kids pool so for abit of peace and relaxation.. the adults pool was the place to go. We had paid extra for a ‘superior’ room with a ‘sea view’ however our balcony looked straight onto another block building and only some grass in the gap on the left. Beds were dressed daily and fresh bath towels which was good. However on the first day we discovered our tv doesn’t work. We phoned reception and they said they would send someone out. No one came and we went to sleep. On the second day we phoned again as the TV still wasn’t working and they said again that someone would be within an hour. No one came after 2 hours so we phoned again and they said they’d be there in 30mins. Shock still no one came. So my partner phoned back and they said ‘they’ve already been’ we said they have not so they said they would call us back and abruptly hung up. They did phone back and said ‘someone is on the way’ and then hung up again. Very rude. The maintenance man then did come and was very kind and accommodating and had alot to say about the receptionists as we fou

Just spent a week here, hotel, rooms and grounds are immaculate, staff are amazing, especially the entertainment team who provided us with a full range of activities day and night (crazy darts is great fun). No pressure to join in, but does mean you get to know other guests during your stay which is great. Snorkelling is amazing in the blue lagoon (James Bins island). Can highly recommend hiring a power boat for the day (€180 + fuel) and going along the coastline stopping off for amazing snorkelling locations and a meal in the small harbour at Stephenos (Eucalyptys restraunt is amazing). Altogether a fab week at a great hotel… would definitely return… Smashing plates on greek night was fab 👍

We had an amazing visit to Mareblue, we arrived late & we're offered food, drink & help with our cases. We had no issues with the food i’m vegetarian and there was many option & my boyfriend eats meat and he enjoyed the food. We ate at both al a carte restaurants in the hotel we were really impressed with the pizzeria service was great & the tiramisu was unreal!! we weren’t impressed with olives the scenery was beautiful but the food was extremely average we probably wouldn’t eat in that one again. remember to spray mosquitoe spray as they are everywhere at night time !! i got around 30 bites on the first night the all inclusive drinks weren’t amazing & wish there was a bit more option as they got a bit boring during the end however this is just personal preference! room was clean & the maids made the beds everyday which was a lovely touch. the restaurant staff were so efficient & lovely you can tell they work so hard & still manage to smile!! the pools were also lovely and we never had an issue finding sunbeds in May. Apart from 1 minor detail pretty perfect .We arrived late at night near to midnight .we needed a drink and a snack (a sandwich maybe ) been traveling most of the day only offered a crepe at lower pool bar which I took up turned out a bit heavy just before bed .the bar was open so all was well in the end

Everything was great. Rooms were comfy and cleaned daily. There was a large variety of food to choose from that catered to all needs at breakfast lunch and dinner. The facilities were top notch. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Logan, Michael and Faith in particular were always there with a friendly face asking if you were ok, if they could do anything to help or encouraging you to join in with different activities. Would 100% recommend

Hotel is clean,tidy and spacious but is fairly Isolated.The staff were helpful and friendly particularly the dining room staff.The transfer times from the airport were long.We requested a quiet room and it was. Our room was on the third floor with no lift so you may be advised to request a room in the main building.The hotel runs a shuttle coach to Corfu town at 15 euro great value could be enhanced if it ran daily, driver was great.

Don't take any notice of other reviews. My Friend and myself had 5 days here. Food is good room was lovely had towels changed every day. Entertainment team go above and beyond to keep everyone happy. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Staff friendly Reception staff not very helpful .
