This was our 2nd stay at Fellpack House,and yet again we were both delighted with our weekend break there. The hotel is located in the best possible location as it overlooks both Hope Park and also Derwentwater lake,and also has great views of the mountains surrounding the town. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard,The bedrooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast's each day were outstanding and you could certainly tell that the produce was obtained from a farm shop rather than a supermarket. We are big believers that it is also the staff that can make the big difference to your stay, and Jodie,Victoria and the rest of the team certainly went above and beyond and made our stay such a pleasurable one. We will definitely be booking here yet again in the very near future as this hotel definitely ticks all of the boxes Mark & Mandy (Morley,Leeds)

Another wonderful two night stay at the most welcoming and comfortable Fellpack House. The staff are all so friendly and helpful; the room was perfect with a stunning view; and the breakfast and evening cocktails simply fulsome and delicious! This was our second stay and there will be more to follow! A great evening and meal at the Fellpack Restaurant too!

My daughter and I stayed for our yearly annual treat. A beautiful well appointed hotel with exceptional friendly staff, lovely breakfast, peaceful surroundings and in an ideal location, making our overnight stay a memorable experience. My gluten free ( coeliac) needs were well catered for. In addition, we loved the comfort of the library where we read on the morning before departure. Thank you to all the team for a lovely welcome and commitment in delivering high standards of customer service. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My wife and I stayed here on Sunday night to spend a couple of days in keswick. The whole experience, from booking to check out was made faultless by the lovely staff. Jodie was super helpful with my initial booking as I had to change it to a later date due to my son being unwell. She was also there on check-in with a really warm welcome. All the staff we met while there were extremely professional and friendly and a credit to the Fellpack. The overall look of the place from the outside is lovely and extremely well kept. The interior is beautiful and done to a real high standard. Our room was a superior room overlooking Keswick town centre and the mountains behind. Really spacious with a very comfortable bed and just all round high class. Breakfast was outstanding and cooked to perfection. There is a small car park at the rear which was ideal too, and we got a call on the morning as we were travelling to see we were welcome to park up before check-in and heading to Keswick, which we did. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, who made our stay great and we look forward to returning.
