The staff were very helpful in responding to our requests on our arrival. The continental breakfast was simple but adequate for our needs and the evening meal was tasty and service was good.

We had a premier plus room. Very clean and looked newly refurbished. The room was spotless, had a coffee machine with complimentary drinks and chocolate. Also had a mini fridge with ice cold water. Beds comfortable and spacious. You are able to take drinks from the bar to your room. Also easy to book a taxi from the dedicated hotel taxi phone. Would stay again.

A disappointing experience to say the least. Stayed here 2 nights, and encountered several problems during my stay. The Free Wi-Fi did not work properly, and when paying for the Ultimate Wi-fi, was told “Error Message- authenticated, please try again later” retried this twice in the 24 hour period that it was paid for. Both times, this error message appeared and wasted £5 on the wifi. The lock on the bathroom door did not close all the way, and meant that despite it locking a quarter of the way, the door could still be opened normally. The white privacy blinds behind the curtains fell down when pulled the slightest bit, as they were only held up against the wall, and the pole was not drilled in. The restaurant had very nice staff at the dinner, and food was quite good. Though, the breakfast in the morning was a bit different. There was minimal things on offer in the choose your own area of the restaurant and a slight rude interaction by one of the employees, however, overall the restaurant was quite good. Mould was also found on the windows as seen in the photo attached. Overall, I expected more from the premier inn, having been a customer several times over the years, though, this time, there was a bit more of a disappointing experience.

Friendly, welcoming and clean. Receptionist provided a good recommendation for places to go. If we stayed again we would avoid breakfast at the Table Table next door. Staff were perhaps new but the lady who served us appeared stressed and came over as rude. The young lad working there stayed up-beat and was friendly.

I stay at a Premier Inn across the country every week as I travel with work. This used to be a great little hotel, but I haven’t stayed for 18 months and I was shocked at how bad it has become. Staff are mostly lovely, very friendly and helpful but in my 3 night stay this week in business, the lock on my room was broken, staff had to keep letting me in. Free wifi did not work for myself or any of my 3 colleagues staying with me, so I had to Siena £5 on the premium wi fi which also didn’t work !!! The rooms are battered and desperately in need of investment plus it smells of damp snd mould in the rooms. The £9.99 breakfast option at the pub next door is truly shocking, friendly service but very limited choice snd poor quality. Avoid - absolutely not worth the money until they invest in bringing it up to standard . I will never stay here again !!! Sort it out Premier inn, shocking standards for £272 for 3 nights sub standard accommodation and putting your staff in a situation where they are unfairly trying to manage customers frustrations !!!!

Basic Hotel - friendly staff - NO mobile phone reception - Ideal Location for access to the Edinburgh Bypass - Very adequate breakfast - The family room was smaller than normal - The WIFI was very poor - The lack of a phone reception was a serious issue

We stayed here whilst visiting family over the festivities. The room itself was extremely dated and it had a pretty stale smell. We didn’t go expecting luxury but we expected a basic standard of cleanliness - which wasn’t present. There were bodily hairs in the corners of the bathroom and some strange stains on one of the pillows - we swapped this out for one of the spare ones located in the room. Overall, I can’t say I’ll be back.

Premier Inn hotel was lovely and the staff were too, however Table Table next door are terrible with rude staff that could not care you need to eat due to a medical condition and tell you to take it up with Premier Inn.
