Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Front desc team ruined absolutely my all experience. Starting from an agent that I ask for upgrade and gave us for a reasonable amount a •better* room. That ended being in front of construction rooms. Drilling loud noise all day from 9am to 5pm. Also we ask for another options to eat since it seems to have only 1 Mexican restaurant. The lady said that will open on Wednesday for sushi with reduce menu. I found out on Tuesday that restaurant it’s not open in September. Rooms were not so clean. Then at check out time I found out that I was missing something from my room and the way that was handled was terrible by FD manager. Making derogatory comments to an agent in front of us. And after, she got mad at my husband and came out of desk and started pushing him in front of other guest saying that he took a picture and saying other things even she said also in front of everyone SHUT THE F** UP. I won’t ever step on property managed for that people. Worst experience I ever had. I cannot understand how can people like that can work in hospitality: (

The resort is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. However, there were a few things that I expected to have in this type of beach resort. First, as a beach hotel, the bathing suits are often wet and sandy, so I expected to have a place in the room to wash and hang the clothes to dry the next day. Second, the hotel does not offer a cafeteria for an afternoon coffee, and I would appreciate it if there were a coffee shop or café inside. Third, when going with kids, I would expect the kids' activities to be at the beach, where all the families are hanging out. The grass area should be used for a playground, etc. Fourth, I missed having a kitchenette in the room. It would have been helpful to have a fridge and a microwave. We did have a great time and would go back for another vacation.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! We had a great time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms could use a little updating. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful place. Staff helpful, it was clean and general excellent. The hidden fees added to the cost. No free breakfast that is usual available from Hilton. Extra 50 a day for the resort, 28 for car parking, resort fee for every purchase. No availability to use cash. All adds up in the cost.

Everything was so perfect, easy check in and express check out. Every single employee was super nice and helpful.

Perfect beach. Great rooms. Wish they had better food to pick from, too expensive for barley nothing. Family with Kids have to go outside the resort and eat. They have bikes but only a bike trail beside the main highway- that’s a C minus. Overall we loved it minus the food selection was very limited and below what we expected. I rate a B plus

The property is very nice and having an adults only pool is great. However, some parents dont follow the “adults only pool” rule and allow their children to ruin the quiet vibe. Also, the parking lot is tight and parking anywhere near your room is nearly impossible.

The resort is amazing , great beaches and accommodations. The only bad thing I can say it that house keeping took a very long time to service out room left for the Bach around 9 came back at 4pm and they still had not come through
