No wifi no phone so what can I say the girl at the desk said come down the WiFi is better at the office or go outside your room it might work that way haha seriously? Also dive boats across the channel very loud at 630 am

It was perfect. They had a fitness center which I used every day and laundry facilities that I needed because we arrived there after getting off of a cruise with lots of dirty clothes!

We aways love staying here as the hotel has everything the Keys is known for on site: pools, restaurants, boat slips and trailer parking, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. Choose a room with marina view to watch the dive boats load in the mornings. Plenty of linens and bath amenities, stocked kitchenette.

Beautiful location on the Marina but rooms were tired and in need of upgrading. Restaurant was fantastic. A poor nights sleep due to the loud pub next door and thin windows.

Fantastic place. Very comfy bed, nice chairs outside on the balcony. Coffee maker. Breakfast was perfect, with lots of options. Miguel the manager and his staff really care, and it shows. They do a wonderful job of helping and making you feel welcome. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I didn’t like that the room entrance was next to where another rooms sliding door was. It was a little awkward and you could hear everything. The staff was mostly friendly. Only one person at the front desk was not helpful. The lady said to call before 10p for front desk. We did from my cell phone because the room phone was broken. It was unplugged and when we plugged it in it kept ringing but no dial tone. It was weird. We called the Holiday Inn because the people next to us were being very loud. The lady at the holiday inn was super helpful. The beds were clean.
Not many breakfast options if you have gluten and dairy intolerance.
I love that the elevators worked.
