Old town location is excellent. Multiple unnecessary level changes within rooms and low coefficient of friction tiles underfoot in the shower area is a hazard to safety.

There is no parking at this Inn. You have to pay $40 to park overnite.(that's all we stayed, don't know if it's any cheaper for longer periods). You also have to walk with your baggage from the parking garage to the Inn, about 2 blocks. Outside of that it's in walking distance to Duval etc.

Nice older hotel. Very clean. Would like to see an area outside under cover to sit on rainy days. A toilet no working was a bit of a turnoff, but it was an older hotel.

The Good: Room design was great, loved the water pressure and shower. Location was second to none being a 10 min walk to Mallory square or Duval street.
The Bad: The room was small, no place to layout a yoga mat. The in wall AC was loud and didn't work well at all. The room and bed felt wet because of such and I had to crank the TV volume to hear it over the AC. The pool was tiny (no waterfall) with very limited seating options and ran out of towels multiple times. The two times I reached out to the staff I felt like I was bothering them.

The Kimpton Fitch Lodge is a fabulous home base for a stay in Key West! It’s very close to the waterfront and an easy walk to Duval Street. The free town shuttle also stops very nearby. We loved the breakfasts at Old Town Bakery, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

What a great place! I highly recommend it. From staff to our room to the outside pool, all were impeccable. We are very happy to have chosen this place for our Key West stay!
