The hotel has finally come to look like a god. In the lobby and bar on the first floor, the restaurant does a good job. The water pipes and electronic locks were updated in the room, but it can still be seen, it saves a lot of all Deshman and almost none. Especially when I played TV on the wall, I have never seen such a small TV in a hotel. But even they have made progress, because last year I watched a 30x30x30 bulb TV since I was young. The windows are good, the new elevator, and pure. The room given by the administrator is better than the reservation. Thank you. Breakfast is very, not buffet, only two complexes can be placed on a plate. By the way, the bus on route 60 of the tourist airliner airport bus was cancelled. Don't walk down the stairs from the hotel, there are repairs and photos and other items there.

Kind and helpful staff. Nice room and breakfast. Located in a park near the Amur River. Lots of green plants. The view from the window is great.

Отель понравился расположением. Находится в историческом центре, рядом парк, где можно прогуляться, музеи-театры тоже в пешей доступности.
На стойке регистрации приветливые сотрудники. Зарегистрировали быстро. Вообще, субъективно, отель уютный.
Сам номер небольшой но удобный. В номере в ноябре тепло. Единственное разочарование - это грязные столовые приборы после предыдущих гостей в шкафу и вскрытые чайные пакетики. Ощущение, что в номере убираются наспех. Завтраки не брали.

畢竟是前蘇聯時期的酒店了，設施太陳舊，房間面積太小，床對於我這個胖子來説，更是小的無法言喻，但是很安靜，酒店周圍環境很好，挨着江邊公園，好多博物館之類的建築，就是購物不方便，用餐環境挺好，歐式早餐，有點單一，價格五十多人民幣一位，第二天就沒在酒店吃了，但是總體來説，這個價格也就這樣了，

Замечательная гостиница! В номере было очень чисто+все необходимое для комфортного проживания! Администратор пошла мне на встречу и заселила меня немного раньше,за что я очень благодарна т.к. после ночного рейса очень хотелось отдохнуть. Наилучшее местоположение а самом центре города с видом на р.Амур .

Руководству гостиницы нужно сделать так, чтобы люди на ресепшене, заселяющие постояльцев, быстро и без проволочек находили информацию о раннем заезде! Как я понимаю, эта информация доносится до гостиницы в виде корректировок. Уже 3-ий или 4-ый раз повторяется ситуация, когда работники на ресепшене, не сразу находят информацию о раннем заселении и приходится в 6 утра, после ночного перелета, тратить время и силы, чтобы доказать, что раннее заселение всё-таки предусмотрено. А работницу Марию, помимо вышеупомянутого, необходимо научить доброжелательно общаться с клиентами, как подобает работнику ведущей гостиницы города. Эта Мария трижды сказала, что у меня нет раннего заселения, а когда выяснилось обратное, как ни в чем не бывало заявила, что её слова не значат, что она бы меня не заселила с утра. То есть, она, своими некомпетентными действиями, распаляет и заставляет нервничать клиента, вместо того, чтобы разобраться в ситуации, и потом, когда выясняется, что клиент был прав, как ни в чем не бывало, заселяет раздраконенного человека. Не на такое отношение рассчитываешь в такой красивой и большой гостинице.

Начну с того, что в номере какое-то жужжание 24/7 которое не дает тебе расслабится, отдохнуть и заснуть! Открыв дверцу шкафа я увидела щиток, он и жужжал все это время. Кровать жесткая настолько, будто я спала на досках без матраса, подушка - туда же. В номере нет утюга и гладильной доски, для этого вам придется подняться на 6-8 этаж и пройти весь коридор до гладильной комнаты (если её такой можно назвать). Дойдя до туда, я рассчитывала увидеть хотя бы крючки/вешалку куда можно повесить одежду, но единственный крючок который там есть, расположен над раковиной. То есть, повесив туда платье, оно будет лежать на раковине. Супер. Дальше, в ресторане официант до последнего ходит и обслуживает других и не замечает вас пока вы его не позовете, хотя у входа мне сообщили что ко мне подойдут. Съев свой салат я очень долго ждала первого/второго и смотрела как все официанты которые имелись в зале обслуживали группу людей который пришли туда позже чем я. Спасибо, но я не знаю откуда у вас 3-4 звезды.

Приехали с семьей,пока папа был на работе,мы с сестрой находились в этой замечательной гостинице! Все просто замечательно,обслуживание на все сто баллов,персонал доброжелательный,еда вкусная и цена доступная! Однозначно рекомендую,если приедете в Хабаровск) Комнаты в номере красивые и чистые,кровати в чистом постельном белье и туалет с ванной прекрасные😄Однозначно советую👌
