Bellboy was slow in welcoming and helping with our bags. No parking assist. Air conditioning in our room was broken when we checked in. The staff kept us waiting in the heat for an hour and then offered rooms that have worse approach and view. The manager wasn't on duty and front staff couldn't make prompt decision. At the end we were given 2 complimentary drinks as token of apology. But we were already upset.

One of the greatest location in Khanom. The staff were very professional and friendly. The beach is flawless, calm sea with a little waves in between. One comment i would add for improvement of the hotel room is to make it more functional for guests. There were not enough power socket, only a single towel hanger, for 2 single beds with one lamp, it is not at all functioning. The rest i have no complaint. We love our stay and will definitely come back.

The accommodation was clean and right by the sea. The staff were exceptionally good. We received a welcome drink and a cold towel, which was refreshing. I traveled with my family, including elderly members, and the staff took great care of us. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was inconvenient, the water pressure was weak, and the cleanliness was not up to par. It wasn't worth the price. The hairdryer kept cutting out, and we had to call maintenance for the jacuzzi because it wouldn't turn on.
