If you’re looking to trade city stress for fresh air, this is the spot! The resort is huge and truly has something for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful place to unplug and recharge. One of the best parts is the location—while the resort is self-contained, there are so many cool places to explore nearby. Do take note that you will need a car to get around.

I like almost everything accept the sound that can clearly heard through the wall and the room size quite small compared to other places and prices.

Stayed during the New Year's festival and chose the Chateau Deluxe room. The room was beautiful with a great ambiance, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. During my visit, there was a beautiful light show at night. There were also shuttle services available to various locations within the resort.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was small, as it was a standard entry-level type. The decor and ambiance were excellent. The weather was perfect during my stay, around ten degrees Celsius in the morning. In the evening, there were fire activities, and it was quite cold. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, definitely filling. I recommend it!

Room is fine but few of amenities. Food is average. Most of staff are attentive, but a girl at the lobby gave us wrong information. She said there’s no elevator at the chateau, and our room is on the 3rd floor. My 82 year old dad had to walk for 3 stories, but we just found out that there’s an elevator in the next day 😠😠
