Nice resort, with beautiful beach view and comfortable decoration style. Good restaurant with welcoming staff.
Unsatisfied with the receptionist, a middle aged woman, seems cold and unfriendly.

First time to Khao Lak. Only 1 hour car from Phuket Airport.
The hotel has private beach, spa & massage , cafe, restaurant and bar.
Nice and big public pool (some suite come with private pool). This place not crowded as in Phuket city . Suit for Solo, Family and with buddies .
Hotel staff are very friendly and warm to be here.
Especially thanks to staff named Kig & Praew ! 👍🏻

Poor service
unprofessional staff ,They talk about other people while working both the reception staff and the driver.
Breakfast is less .The staff at the egg station didn't get the order in time and showed a bad expression, shout at the customer that “ you have to wait! “ in Thai
