Stayed here on a recent trip to Khon Kaen and honestly, it delivered exactly what I needed. The room was clean and well-kept, no complaints there, everything felt fresh and taken care of. The style is simple and no-frills, which suited me fine since I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just a comfortable, reliable place to crash. What really stood out was the price. For what you get, it’s excellent value, hard to find this level of cleanliness and comfort at this rate elsewhere in the area. Clean and budget friendly. Family room was so good and big space. Located in the heart of the city, so easy for travel. Perfect

The room wasn't very clean, there was no hairdryer, and the water was quite hot and couldn't be adjusted to cold water

The room is clean. I stayed with my family but the amenities are limited. The location is pretty hard to find in the first time. But if you want to stay in the middle of city this one is a good choice.

The room is newly renovated and the location is just nice to move around. But my room when I checked in wasn’t clean , the floor can feel the dust but the staff was nice and helpful to my request

The room is smelling of mildew and there is an opened toothpaste tubeon the sink. The wall is not soundproof at all. Had to check out after checking in.

Poor hospitality and unfriendly staff. Room is not in perfect condition , the floor textile was damage , the glass in the toilet is dirty and lot of fixing . Aircon is noisy . The towels were old .

The room was clean and the location made traveling easy, but the provided soap and shampoo were far too watery to use.
