The hotel environment is very beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the large bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall, the service was good, but the coordination along staff was unclear. I had already communicated my request to different receptionist and repeatedly confirmed that this service could definitely be provided(delivery). However, on the morning when I actually needed the assistance, I was suddenly informed that it could not help and she was inconvenient. This was extremely last minute , caused me to waste time, and almost made me miss my flight.

Great location, Delicious Thai food breakfast. The hotel is near with Khonkhen university. If came to Khonkhen again, I will choose this hotel again.

The room is well condition. Otherwise, the location is far from the city center, but quite close to the university. The bed and pillows are so good, especially the superior room with 7-foot bed. However, I think the hotel should have some body lotion at least.
