Hotel is very very bad! It’s like a ghost hotel. No staff, not clean! Too poor! Room is full of dust! Hotel is scary! You should remove this hotel from Trip! Otherwise Trip will lose credits. I have to think more than twice to choose hotels from trip. I experienced 2 hotels with poor services 😥

We don’t know what is your process to deal with hotel
This hotel is horrible to stay
Did not taken care assets
No manager in hotel even supervisor
Room is old and scary
No staff at all
No manger at all
Owner not take caring at all his property
Now breakfast ( no words)
They don’t have bread in breakfast they don’t have chef to cook the food the server no idea what to do
A lactate food menu option for breakfast only 4- items Which they don’t have available
You will get surprise in breakfast
Trip team should know what hotel should sell or not in the photos in the website is beautiful the reality is different
I don’t want add many photos

breakfast is very late Wait for an hour to serve Thai people, unlike foreigners, order the same food set and serve differently. The hotel does not match the cover.

The hotel now has fewer guests and fewer staff, making it ideal for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The beach is ten meters away from the entrance of the hotel. The swimming pool in the hotel is also good, but there will be a lot of mosquitoes in this area in the evening, which is a bit annoying!

We were going to stay here but when we arrived we found to our horror this place is now very run down. BEWARE, the truth is it looks nothing like the photos posted on various sites. It is neglected, unstaffed and a sorry place to stay. Pool is green and nothing is open/attendee to.
