IntercityHotel Kiel Reviews

The room size is decent, staff are friendly. Only thing is they do not provide any toothbrushes. The only thing provided is towels.

The biggest issue is that the staff opened our room door and entered. Make sure to double-lock your door. Another problem is that being close to the train station means there are many beggars around.

Ideal location, just next to the train station. Nice place to stay, just that during summer can be little bit hot as no air-conditioning. Fall or winter is great.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.

Fantastic location to railway station and shopping

Perfect location, clean and good service. I recommend this hotel.

I arrived at late night by bus the hotel is within 2 mins walk from the bus station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well equipped hotel.  Love to stay here again.

overall is ok

Good location!

Location is good, and service nice

Great location next to the train station, just like the other exclusive hotel on the other side. Large room, everything you need. And what I'd like to highlight, with its view of the harbor, is the breakfast. Not huge, but great. Coffee was refilled as quickly as possible, unless the guest wanted crema from the machine. Hot scrambled eggs and delicious pan-fried chicken sausages!! Room with breakfast: excellent value for money!!!

It's okay, but it's definitely showing its age 🥺 especially the shower 🥺

Friendly front desk service, good location, right outside the train station, very convenient transportation

Very well located hotel just behind the train station with a magnificent view
