Martin Aviator Hotel

This Hotel promised pick up from the airport but they are liars. They dont show up. You struggle check in. The workers can't speak proper English. The rooms don't have towels and you have to beg the towel from reception. The rooms are clean but the TV is very small. They don't have Air confront and worst of all the dont have fans so you can't sleep because you sweat the whole night.

Terrible experience and will not stay again. The driver was too stupid to identity the guest to pick up and requested for the same information again and again.

It was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!

The Internet was intermittent and unreliable. Room TV did not have any channels available. Breakfast was delayed and Airport transfer was unavailable at time of checkout. I was told the driver had gone to the city centre

Very disappointing experience at Martin Aviator Motel Kigali. While the rooms were clean and the service was relatively fast, the behavior of the bar staff especially the one who was doing the inventory was unacceptable. They were disrespectful and unprofessional, which completely ruined the atmosphere of the stay. Customer service, especially at the bar, needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this place until management addresses how guests are treated.

Very clean. Staff were most courteous and helpful. Joyce at the front desk was exceptional, she kindly walked us to the restaurant despite her painful foot.

Dirty rooms, mosquitos, the bar can get loud depending on where your room is.
