Best place to stay in Kigali. High standards. Super clean, quiet, in the high-end suburb of Kigali. Of course, still all near the city center. Kigali is a small place. Given a chance to chose between a Hilton hotel in the US and this hotel, I would select this hotel. You feel like you’re home! Free sauna, free steamer, great breakfast! Great bar, a friendly and respectful staff. I particularly commend Tina, the receptionist!

Wellness and massages were very good! Very, very friendly staff, specially at the restaurant!! Very good gym!

I liked the environment and how hospitable the staff where, my only recommendation would be, please give more information to the people coming for your services not everyone is aware of what you do (Spa in particular) but other than that all was well. Thank you.

The receptionists were the best and they provide the most excellent services. I like how calm and refreshing it is I really enjoyed coming here and am definitely coming back next summer with my family and friends because this place is really amazing

Good quality rooms, great service, perfect location and friendly staff at all outlets. I also liked their Punctuality, hygiene and helping attitude at every touch point . Fitness center is functional and restaruants give healthy variety with prompt room service. They also help with transportation arrangements, overall I recommend this place for Visitors to Kigali. Some good restaruants and shopping nearby as well.
