Budget hotel in a bustling area. The hotel decor is ok but a bit left to itself. I’m sure it was very nice when it was first opened but it’s not super well maintained. The main issue I faced was WiFi. It was incredibly unreliable. At times it just completely didn’t work. So not suitable for any work. A few times electricity went out. Service is ok!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Good location, spacious and clean rooms, complete amenities and the best staff you could ever have. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern and the staff is wonderful. I booked this room the day of arrival and was still able to get a complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel car was very modern as well. The free breakfast was great and I ate at the restaurant every night. Special shoutout to the driver Dodos who helped me navigate through the area. The hotel is in a very busy area with shops and restaurants and stores. Dodos took his own time to walk with me around the area. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would have no issues booking here again.

It was a lovely experience there. Lovely location and all the staff were professional in thier assigned duties... The food was topnotch. Anytime am in Kigali again, certainly I will stay at 2000hotel and also recommend it to friends and associates...

If you want to experience the city life of Kigali the 2000 Hotel Downtown is just the right place for that. The hotel room is tidy and comfy. Service of the staff exceptional and very good. Highly recommended for when staying some days in Kigali

Not entirely, no. Just a bit of noise in the mornings because of its city location, some guests' kids running in the hallways, and construction work in the hotel while people are still sleeping.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The food was good, and Raissa together with the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent throughout my stay, and they even provided a complimentary airport drop-off, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality.
