Great location close to Kingston station and buses. Everything is neat and tidy. Great shoutout for letting me using the washroom before check in time after I just landed!

Highly recommended for all travelers! This was my second hotel stay in Kingston upon Thamesn. The place is spotlessly clean with a convenient location near the city centre. I originally planned to stay for just one week, but ended up staying three weeks. Ewing is one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. He is polite, friendly and always ready to help. He shared plenty of local tips and information about the neighborhood, which helped me settle in and fit in easily. I am very pleased with my overall experience. As a sSolo traveller, yous should definitely consider this hotel.

Staff helpful, responsive & friendly at all times. Restaurant service friendly, menu choices reasonable, quality of food fair. “Meal deal” of 2-course dinner & full breakfast good value. Excellent location for shopping, transport links & eateries. Overall positive experience & I would recommend & stay again.

Close to everything, especially train station into London

The room is spacious and clean, conveniently located close to the city center and the train station, making shopping easy.

This is a three star hotel but the room is surprisingly good, spacious, comfortable, & clean. Close to shops & train station. Like the 12pm late checkout too. Highly recommended if you don’t need a fridge in the room.

Nice and cozy hotel in a great area, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the riverside. Beds are super comfy, and breakfast was tasty with good variety. Parking can be limited during busy hours, but overall it’s a great stay and I’d definitely come back again.
